Shared studio board
Warm paper, restrained grid, precise typography and small working notes. Familiar, readable and flexible.
A Hong Kong working studio. Two experienced leaders, working directly with organisations to turn AI ambition into better ways of working.
Brand system for the Hong Kong working studio. Typography and the existing logo carry forward from 07C. This palette develops the supplied cartoon reference. The illustrations use editorial likenesses of the founders, supported by their real photographs.

The story moves from global leadership into the everyday work of organisations. The founders walk through that story; the setting changes around them.

Clear labels. Comfortable reading. Familiar words.
The offset open-frame logo remains intact, in ink or warm paper. Give it clear space of at least half the mark’s width. Keep it separate from character artwork and workflow connectors.
Nigel: tied-back hair, closely cut sides, full beard with grey, warm smile. Gautam: swept salt-and-pepper hair, grey temples, short facial hair and warm smile.
Use mature proportions, consistent clothing and restrained expressions. Preserve their individual likenesses across every pose. Walking poses use a consistent illustration style and preserve the distinguishing features of each founder.
Harbour light, dense building layers, hills, offices, workshops and distribution settings. Confident navy outlines, simplified dimensional shapes and coral highlights.
Natural skin colours stay independent of the interface palette. Local details should locate the story without overwhelming it.
Use the real founder photographs alongside the illustration to retain a clear connection to the people behind the practice.
The board makes your work understandable to an owner or leader. It gives all three offers a consistent home, while each method uses the diagram that suits it.

Show the people, AI assistance and business systems involved. Missing information returns for clarification. Label this as an illustrative workflow until an approved client example replaces it.
The lab is a supporting area of expertise, separate from the three headline offers. Its board shows how you evaluate tools, review behaviour and choose appropriate infrastructure.
